We buy land, finance real estate deals, build or engage builders for projects, and orchestrate the entire development process from start to finish. We take on the greatest risks in the creation or renovation of real estate.
Typically, we acquire tracts of land, determine the marketing approach, develop the building program and design, obtain necessary public approvals and financing, construct the buildings, and then lease, manage, and eventually sell the properties.
We work with a variety of partners and professionals throughout this process, including architects, city planners, engineers, surveyors, inspectors, contractors, Town and Country Planning departments, leasing agents, and more.
Seaward is expanding its expertise in developing master-planned communities internationally. Plans are already in advanced stages to establish a presence in several key regional markets, with operations planned in Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Kenya, and South Africa within the next five years.
